To upload files on Geocities:

Once you set up an account, follow these instructions:

  1. Select the MANAGE tab.
  1. Click on the FILE MANAGER link.
  1. Click on the OPEN FILE MANAGER button.
  1. If you haven't created a SUBDIRECTORY (folder), click on the NEW tab.


  1. Type the name of your folder, just as it appears on your computer.

    In my case, I used; bison


    Click CREATE SUBDIRECTORY.
     

  1. Click on the folder you created.

    Once clicked, the folder will look open.

  1. Click the UPLOAD FILES button located on the right side of the screen.
  1. Click on the BROWSE buttons to find your files.
  1. Select the your files.
  1. Once the files are selcted, click the UPLOAD FILES button
  1. This is what your uploaded files should look like.
